Breaking News Story

Mayor Barrie Tilghman shoves it right back in the Taxpayers faces AGAIN. Would you believe me if I told you the woman just pulled into yet ANOTHER parking space and refused to expose her Permit and or refused to put any money in the meter? Photos to follow.
