Sam's Club Is Blowing Everyone Away With Lower Gas Prices

On Friday we took the Urban Assault Vehicle, (which holds 100 gallon of gas) up to Sam's Club and filled the tank up before we headed out on our mini vacation this past weekend. We were VERY pleased to see that gas had dropped once again because when you're filling up a tank this large regularly, it makes a huge difference.

I added a couple of additional pictures here at around 11:00 AM Friday to show just how busy their pumps are. Certainly this is nowhere near a rush hour time when you'd see even longer lines but I think Mr. Gordy will know what we're talking about here as well as all of the other Gas Stations not dropping their prices as fast as the more honorable Stations.

It is what it is. Some say you have to buy a Membership to get the lowest price on gas. That is absolutely correct. However, when you see the overall benefits Sam's Club offers throughout the year for that Membership, you can't argue it pays for itself within a month. You don't see these items and or deals in any Gordy Mart, that's for sure.

Because I live near Sam's, it's easy for our family to buy our gas here. Since gas prices are such an issue for everyone, could you possibly offer an ongoing page for folks to post where they get the cheapest gas in the region???? I know you do a good job of keeping us up to date on Sam's.
Thanks for all you do.

GAS AT $3.41 IS STILL OVERPRICED. IT SHOULD BE A DOLLAR LESS THAN THAT. JUST A YEAR AGO WE WERE SHOCKED TO SEE GAS AT $3.50. NOW WE ARE HAPPY????

WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES.

I don't belong to Sam's, there's not much I need in that kind of bulk and if I drove north through all the traffic I'd just burn up my 3 cents savings.

Sunday 24th Super Soda on Snow Hill RD. was $3.41. Same day and time Exxon on Snow Hill RD. Chickenman was $3.52, they are always higher. Thanks to Sam's though we may see prices a little more even at most places.

I agree the price isn't cheap however the best we can do is look for the least expensive.

To save a few cents on a gallon of gas doesn't pay for me to spend 35.00 for a membership at Sams. Like Tim I don't purchase in bulk like you have to do at Sams Club. Besides, I don't have to wait in line at the "other" place.

I would like to know which gas stations are using 10% ethanol and which are not. I would gladly pay a little more for gas that does NOT have ethanol in it. I dont think exxon uses ethanol..that still doesnt mean I will go to Gordy's there are other exxon stations around here. Anyone know if Sams has the 10% ethanol in it?I know WAWA and shore stop both have the ethanol in them and I have stopped using them
