On June 11, 2019 members of the U.S. Marshals and the Maryland State Police apprehended Bennett without incident in Salisbury, Maryland. Two firearms, an AK47 and a Remington shotgun have been recovered.
Bennett remains in custody in Salisbury, Maryland pending his extradition back to Delaware.

Another failure for the justice system. High risk tier 3 sex offender (for raping a child 1-11yrs - I believe a 5 yr old). How is this monster even out of lockup?
