Georgetown - The Delaware State Police and Delaware Capitol Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a subject after he escaped from the Sussex County Courthouse, located at 1 The Circle, Georgetown this afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 when 24-year-old Ronald N. Stow escaped from the custody of the Delaware Capitol Police while being detained for the Delaware State Police. At the time of the escape, Stow was wanted on criminal warrants out of Troop 7 for Burglary 2nd degree, Unlawful Use of a Payment Card and Theft from a victim over 62 years of age.
The Delaware Capitol Police currently have an active warrant for Stow on Escape 3rd charges.
Stow was last seen operating a black Ford Focus with Delaware registration 376330, traveling eastbound on S. Bedford Street, Georgetown.
Ronald N. Stow is described as a white male, 5’07” tall, 103 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.

He got away because they put THE shortest cops on duty there. They are REALLY tough guys (5'5" of total bad-ass) but their legs are so short, they couldn't catch him if he merely walking fast.
But bossing around old ladies and acting like Georgetown is a hotbed of danger is what they do best. Keeping criminals in custody? That's down the line a litle.
