Does this really surprise anyone!! It California!!! My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Time to cut the funding to California ASAP!!!
Liberal la-la land strikes again. He has probably served enough time towards the 3 year sentence he could get for the gun charge he was found guilty of...If I were her father, I'd be booking my trip to Mexico right now, so I could be waiting for him when he arrives in Mexico and "greet" him before he can slink back into the USA.
Frankly, I don't think this guy was guilty of first degree murder. It was not pre-meditated or planned. However, I do think San Francisco is culpable and I hope the family sues the he** out of them.
They make the law up as they go along. Justify Anything so they can be right

This was a message sent to President Trump and all Americans. The State of Calimexico is a Sanctuary State and the Liberal Hispanics and Judge just gave the middle finger to Trump and we Conservatives. The message is loud and clear.
Now he is going to be deported and the vicious cycle of coming back into America starts again. He got away with murder this time and he will commit murder again. This time if he gets pulled over by a cop the chances are there for him to kill the cop.
