Can someone please explain to me why the state police are investigating homicides that occurred IN THE CITY?!! Does Babs not have faith in her people? Or are they just that incompetent?? Either way, something is bad!!!!

This incident happened in the City limits and not out in the county.
This is a little jab at Mike Lewis. Please tell us what is wrong with his leadership?

I would like to know why they don't call the Sheriff's Office to investigate the crimes they can't handle. Clearly the Sheriff's Office has more experience than the local State Troopers.
Proof that Jake Day is obviously against all of Wicomico County and Bob Culver and John Cannon still suck up to this Millennial Moron!

In reference to some of the comments between the city and the county, it's real obvious that Jake Day doesn't like the county or it's majority county leadership.
That's Ok Jake because being a mayor or city council member in Salisbury is like lower standards compared to Wicomico County. Who would want to stoop so low to be an elected official in the Ghetto da 'Bury!! Oh Wait! You and Manure Bota!

MSP homicide unit are not "local" state troopers. Do your research and review the training and experience in homicides of MSP criminal investigators compared to local and county investigators.

The saying.....If you see something....say something. Well I tried this the other day and called the sheriffs office to report something and by the time I got off the phone I wondered why I even bothered. I really felt that I had taken up her time and that the call was not appreciated at all. Next time.....I will NOT make that call.
MSP always involved in homocide investigations. They have more resources and, trust me, you want them on the job over the City.
Wicomico Sheriff handles their own. They DO NOT use MSP.
Most people who comment don't even live in Salisbury!!! Oh and no Parsonsburg, Pittsville, Hebron, etc (You get the point) [or outside counties] DO NOT COUNT!So many opinions and comments... if you think you can run the city more efficiently that our current law enforcement officials then here's an idea 😲... you take the job or volunteer your time instead of criticizing! Oh i forgot, youre only saying these things from the comfort of your computer. Get from behind the screens and on the scene and make a change! That is all!
