Joe maybe you know the answer to this question. Will S.P.D. carry this homicide on the Unified Crime Report or does it go down as a M.S.P. case. I am shocked Duncan does not let her detectives work these cases. They have a good crew. Mike Lewis was doing same thing. I guess if you went to Syksville you must be a better cop. Why would anyone aspire to go to C.I.D. if the bosses have no confidence in your ability. Over the years I have found you have good cops and some not so good and that goes for MSP as well. Just my two cents.

You are wrong. If you went to PIKESVILLE you're a better TROOPER. If you went to SYKESVILLE you were read bed time stories with milk and cookies and tucked in at night by a kinder gentler MSP

Don't be misguided by this heading. It happened in the limits of the City of Salisbury. It is a City of Salisbury problem, not a Wiomico County problem. Wait, it is a Wicomico County problem because Jake Day and Jim Liarton will not admit there is a problem. They are still spewing that tired mantra "Crime is down in Salisbury."
