Maybe tied with Obama. On Friday, he signed the Natl Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which allows the US government to crack down on anything it labels as "fake news." Can you imagine if Hillary was elected? Apparently, the Republican-led Senate did not carefully read the entire bill when they passed it on Dec. 8.
