The British Invasion Experience headed to the WY&CC

Salisbury, MD – Become immersed in British music right here in Wicomico County when The British Invasion Experience performs at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Jan. 14.

In this high-energy performance, The British Invasion Experience pays tribute to the Beatles from the group's introduction on the Ed Sullivan show through the band's career to the rooftop of Abbey Road Studios.

Experience the explosion of well-known hits from other British groups such as The Dave Clark Five, The Hollies, The Yard Birds, The Kinks, The Rolling Stones and The Who. The show caps off with the psychedelic era, featuring songs from groups like Cream and Pink Floyd.

The members of The British Invasion Experience are dedicated to engaging their audiences as they flash back to the great groups of the '60s and identify their impact on today’s music and culture.

The show begins at 7 p.m., and tickets include a dinner, which will be served at 5:30 p.m. The menu includes a garden salad, Irish stew, fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, rolls and butter, a chef's dessert table, and iced tea, water and coffee.

Presale tickets are on sale now and will be sold through Sunday, Oct. 16, at 11:59 p.m., at the rate of $35 per person plus fees. No presale code is necessary.

Perfect for the non drinkers. I would not spend $40 for a sub par dinner without any alcohol to see a cover band of English rockers. To each his own, have fun.
