Thieves stealing the wheels off of cars sitting on dealer lots is a common occurrence, but a thief in Ohio was recently killed when the GMC Yukon he was attempting to rob the wheels off crushed him to death.
According to the Canton Repository, the man was killed when he attempted to remove the first of the Yukon’s wheels and the vehicle came off the jack, falling on his head.
The dealership, Ron Marhofer Buick GMC in Canton, Ohio, remained open for hours the next day, with the man’s body not being discovered until about noon. A sales associate noticed the body of the 44-year old when a vehicle that was blocking it drove away.

Normally being crushed is a slow painful death. In his case i sure hope so!
It will cost the tax payers more to bury that POS than the wheel are tire value. Serves him right. Now I call that Capitol Punishment !

When I worked at Pohanka we had a thief go to Toyota with a pipe cutter and remove the catalytic converters from over 20 Tundra pickups. Wheels, front plate brackets and antennas were very commonly stolen items. Happens more often than you'd like to think.
No price went up, it's got brains, smart Yukon!!
When Pohanka was "Good News" auto,they employed security guards on premises overnight.Maybe the new dealers should do the same.
