The luncheon menu includes chicken roulade with cranberry apple stuffing drizzled with sauce, whipped sweet potatoes, strong beans almondine, rolls and dessert. Tables of eight are $250. Individual tickets may be purchased as well for $25.
Funds raised from the luncheon will go towards the building of an affordable home at 423 Coles Circle in Salisbury, MD for Perdue employee, Pirter Pierre, his wife Margalette and their 6 children. Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian organization dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness worldwide and to making adequate, affordable shelter a matter of conscience and action. Its ministry was founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a simple, decent place to live in dignity and safety.
