They don't want to pay anything. Why work in Wicomico when surrounding counties are paying much better and a better atmosphere to work in. One where you are appreciated for what you do!
I cringe when I get to the part of an application that asks my race. I know it's going to the bottom of the pile, if not the trash, despite my education and qualifications. Most of their employees are black, whites need not apply for anything but teaching positions...and good luck...
