Gowdy: 'You're Going to Stay There Until All of the Questions Are Asked and Answered'

(CNSNews) - Hillary Clinton is scheduled to testify before the House Select Committee on Benghazi on October 22, and "the ground rules are simple," Committee Chair Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) told "Fox News Sunday" with Chris Wallace:

"You're going to stay there until all of the questions are asked and answered with respect to Benghazi and Libya, and part of that is ensuring that the public record is whole and complete, which means we necessarily have to discuss your unusual e-mail practices, but we're going to stay there until all of the questions -- if she's going to insist, Chris, that she's only coming once, I'm going to insist that once be fully constructed, which means she's going to be there for a while."

Gowdy said his committee is "going to follow the facts wherever they go, and if that impacts people's perception of her fitness to be commander-in-chief, so be it. I can just tell you this, for the first three public hearings, I never mentioned her name."

Gowdy said he's interested only in "doing a good job for those four murdered Americans and their families. The classified information, the rest of it, is in other people's jurisdiction and I'm content with that."

Bet she will come down with some kind of a health issue right before this date.

I wish there were more Gowdy's around in the government!

10:45 is on the right track. She will probably have a "major health concern" that will give her an excuse to withdraw from the race entirely.

Hillary, you can run but you can't hide. The long arm of the law is looking for you!

If she is convicted Obama will pardon her.

I'm all for this and happy if they question her for 24 hours straight. What I can't stand is that we'll have to listen to the committee members pontificate for 20-30 minutes prior to every question. Ask your questions, get your answers and be done.

This time when she replies "What difference does it make?" they can reply 10 years versus 30 years.

I see in the latest pictures of her at a press conference she is already trying out the orange pants suit.

That bump on the head that caused her permanent loss of selective memory will be a continuing basis of her defense.
