Incident: Violation of a Protective Order

Location: 6000 block of Morris Road, Pittsville, MD
Suspect: Devin T. Lake, 24, Pittsville, MD
Narrative: On 6 April 2015 at 4:45 PM a deputy responded to a residence in the 7000 block of Gumboro Road in Pittsville for a reported altercation. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that Devin Lake was on the premises causing a disturbance and was also there in violation of a protective order that barred him from the property.
The deputy placed Lake under arrest for violation of the Protective Order and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Lake on Personal Recognizance.

Location: 800 block of S. Schumaker Dr., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Ronald Alix, 31, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 6 April 2015 at 6:17 PM a deputy responded to an apartment in the 800 block of S. Schumaker Drive for a reported domestic related altercation. Upon arrival, the deputy met with a female subject who advised that she had been assaulted by her estranged husband, Ronald Alix. During the investigation the deputy observed signs of injury that corroborated he account.
The deputy placed Alix under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Alix on a bond of $10,000.00 bond.

Incident: Theft

Suspect: Christina Nicole Abner, 28, Sharptown, MD

Narrative: On 6 April 2015 a deputy arrested Christina Abner after a report was made that she stole her boyfriend's federal tax return. During the investigation, it was alleged that Abner assisted the victim file the return but used her own bank account to receive the refund. According to the victim in this case, he did not receive any of the refund he was expecting and that it was kept by Abner.
Upon arrest the deputy transported Abner to the Detention Center where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Abner on $35,000.00 unsecured bond.

On 6 April 2015 a deputy arrested Amber Michelle Hastings, 26 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Hastings violated the terms of her probation in a felony theft case. Hastings was detained without bond.
On 6 April 2015 a deputy arrested Emily Jean Derbyshire, 32 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Derbyshire violated the terms of her probation in felony theft case. Derbyshire was detained without bond.
On 6 April 2015 a deputy arrested William Leslie Timmons, 25 of Delmar, DE, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Timmons violated the terms of his probation in a theft under $100 case. Timmons was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.
On 6 April 2015 a deputy arrested Cheyenne Lea Hart, 22 of Laurel, DE, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Hart failed to appear for a theft case. Hart was detained on a bond of $5,000.00.
On 6 April 2015 a deputy arrested Jerome Parks, 25 of Fruitland, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Parks violated the terms of his probation in a CDS Possession case. Parks was detained on a bond of $25,000.00.

Incident: Most Wanted Arrest
Date of Incident: 6 April 2015
Location: Milford, DE
Suspect: Maurice Leshawn Harrison, 25, Georgetown, DE
Narrative: On 6 April 2015, a deputy extradited Maurice Harrison back to Wicomico County following his apprehension on 31 March in Milford, DE. Harrison had been sought since 2010 on a District Court bench warrant issued after Harrison violated the terms of his probation in a telephone misuse case. Harrison was featured on WBOC's Delmarva Life on 23 March and following the show, a tip provided a location where Harrison could be found.
Upon return to Wicomico County, Harrison was also arrested on an additional District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he failed to show for a Driving Without a license case.
Harrison was detained in the Detention Center on a total bond of $15,000.00.

On 8 April 2015 a deputy arrested Connor Paul Davis, 21 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Davis violated the terms of his probation in a CDS case. Davis was released after posting bond.
On 8 April 2015 a deputy arrested Jonathan Edward Palmer, 42 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Palmer failed to appear for a Driving Suspended case. Palmer was released on Personal Recognizance.

Suspect: Marlon J. Henson, 18, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 9 April 2015 at 3; 30 PM, a deputy responded to a residence in 1800 block of Jersey Road in reference to a reported disturbance. Upon arrival, the deputy met with a female victim who stated that she had been assaulted by her brother, Marlon Henson. According to the victim, Henson had started posting negative comments about her on Facebook and she blocked him.
During the investigation, the deputy observed signs of injury that corroborated her account. The deputy placed Henson under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Henson in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree

Abner is a guard from the jails daughter. Been a handful for years. That poor guy listens to the inmates all day yell about her nasty ass ways. Poor guy.
