NOMINATIONS BEING ACCEPTED FOR 2015 OUTSTANDING PUBLIC HEALTH LEADER AWARD

Nominations are being accepted for the 2015 Outstanding Public Health Leader award. This award is presented to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the public health of the citizens of Wicomico County. The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Fritz Health Center in Salisbury, Maryland.

Nominations can be submitted electronically at www.wicomicohealth.org or call (410) 334 – 3480 to obtain nomination forms. Nominations are due by Thursday, March 26, 2015. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
