A WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST FRIDAY.

* AREAS AFFECTED: MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE AND VIRGINIA NORTHERN
  NECK.

* HAZARDS: LOW WIND CHILLS AND GUSTY WINDS.

* WIND CHILL VALUES: DROPPING TO ZERO TO 5 BELOW ZERO AFTER
  MIDNIGHT THROUGH MID MORNING FRIDAY.

* WINDS: NORTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 TO 40
  MPH...DIMINISHING TO 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS: FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
  PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND
GLOVES.
