When they catch him and they will. They should make him work for $2 an hour to pay for the things he stole. HARD LABOR. Being put in jail doesn't seem to bother them. They don't want to work so lets make them do something they DON'T want to do as punishment.
We had someone use our credit card in the mall a few years ago. SPD or Foot locker would do nothing about it. Both the mall and foot locker have cameras. SPD was to busy I guess to worry about 150 bucks and I guess Foot locker didn't want to lose the sale. We haven't been to the mall since.
