Thanks O'Malley!
O'Malley does #2 on MD's housing market.
We've made it all the way to #2! Now that's what I call progressive's progress.
It's only going to get worse with the latest round of take increases and proposed future property tax increases. Can't O'Malley has the gall to run for president! What a joke! What a failure he has been as governor!
1:22 He is more worried about the Redskins name than Maryland's economy.
What's the best way of buying one of these overflow of houses cheaply?
What it can't be,Omalley says it's doing great here and the economy here is rolling along!
I know there is one more coming soon!
We need a national BS Alert system when politicians make these remarks.
Will Owemalla mention this on his trip to New Hampshire?
I knew it was very bad. I have even read it on this very blog, post after post after post. There are abandoned homes everywhere on Delmarva. They are on Mt. Hermon Rd., Old Ocean City Road, Kilburnie Estates, Coulborne Mill, Church Street, they are everywhere.
Here in Wicomico I am alarmed at the shear number of foreclosures. But I have to say that with the lack of affordable jobs, this is the result. There just simply isn't enough jobs and the ones that are available one cannot afford a home to live in. That is why there are so many panhandlers and drug dealers.
Joe, its not as though you haven't been warning the folks. We have all known it for a long time. The local economy sucks. And this is one of the end results. I just wish some of the other medias would exploit the stark reality.
The Daily Times tax sale listings here in Wicomico set an all time record. The paper was chocked full of delinquencies. People are definitely suffering.
I hope Florida goes down more so I can afford to buy there!
You can do just fine here in florida....good jobs....progresss....no state income tax....no born here come here B.S......everyone is welcome....and when your all freezing your butts off ill be at the beach......delmarva in my rear view mirror never looked better a year ago.....
