First responders from the Ocean City Police and Fire Departments initiated emergency lifesaving procedures on the victim and transported him to Atlantic General Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at approximately 3:45 a.m. The victim has been identified as Jorge Troca, 38, of Lyndhurst, NJ.
An autopsy was conducted on August 17, 2014 by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the State of Maryland. The results of the autopsy at this time are pending; however, investigators in the case have determined that no foul play was involved in Troca’s death.

So much for "Ocean City is a hotbed of crime and no one is telling us about it."
Didn't they previously report that it was a stabbing? That sounds like foul play to me.
People don't live forever and some speed things up a bit by the lifestyle they choose.3:50-If you're from Salisbury or listen to local news you will recall the young man who drowned in the City Park a few months back. The initial announcement was that he had sustained trauma to the back of his head. That turned out to be incorrect just like the rumor that this man had been stabbed.
No they did not. Joe did.
Foul play is deliberate act meant to cause harm. An accidental stabbing wouldn't be considered foul play so who knows what the real story is at this point in time.
Just because a death isn't considered foul play by LE, doesn't rule out homicide as a manner of death. Figure that one out you all.
Hint-murder and homicide are not synonymous.
What's with all the Jersey people dieing in O.C.?

I still think it was foul play just like I do this case of stabbing.
Both cities are trying to fudge the crime rates.
