I called the Daily Times...after many transfers, I spoke with a woman who became extremely defensive about the cartoon--I told her that her paper is part of the problem, that without getting all the facts, they jump on the racist bandwagon, and to research about the injury the officer suffered--she demanded to know my source--I told her there are multiple sources and to look it up. She implied she did not have enough time. I told her to take 2 minutes out of her busy day to look up the facts.
Jumps right into bed with the lowest of the low.
His hands were not up. The press was not there at the time and the press has twisted the story by not revealing all the facts they knew about. I just cancelled my subscription.
The DTs needs some therapy.
I was surprised that they didn't wait to publish it on the same day as the NAACP meeting on Thursday. It would have had far more impact on that date. The hate mongers are slipping.
This is simply a depiction of the story being pushed by the media. Now, even the truly stupid and illiterate will understand that they better get out and vote for the democrats in upcoming elections. Vile propaganda - and people are falling for it.

What people are failing to realize is the conflict in Ferguson is not just happening because of what happened in ferguson . This conflict is going on for a lot of reasons not just this indecent. One only has to look back at Anytime in our "worlds" history to find the reason. When you give power to any police force and give that police force the power to police them self's your going to have this kind of issue pop up. Why do you people think police departments across the country fight so hard to not have the system changed? Its just a good ole boy network that now has been militarized. Do you honestly think that if one officer sees another breaking the law he would turn said officer in? No and I'll tell you why with a case in point. ( sometime last year a female officer clocked other officer from another dept. Doing 120mph on the freeway with no emergency lights on. The female cop did the right thing and pulled over the offender who had to be pulled from the vehicle with her gun drawn because of his lack of respect for the female officer. Long story short the cops reason for speeding was he was late for work. Not sure think he was fired for it. The female cop who done the right thing was ran out of the dept. And had to resign because of her fellow officers had outcast her.
So here we sit as one of the most powerful nations in the world. With a police force that sometimes acts as though this was a third world country. Aka militarized forces, police beatings that seem rampant, and corrupt officers. Police kill on average 2 black teens a week. If I'm not mistaken 1white teen a week as well. This does not count adults. So when we as a people start seeing our kids being killed in the streets justified or not "who knows with police policing them self's" people are going to start to rise up and be heard simple as that.
The system needs to be changed and it can be done with little to no money. How you might ask? Well my idea would be to take a panel of 12 people just like in curt. These people who could simply be pulled from jury duty once a week and sequestered to serve on the panel . these 12 would then could be placed in a room and go over cases filed against police. If these 12 feel the case has merit the case should be handed over to the DA. If at that time the DA. Drops the case the evidence should be made public for all to see. Now would this ever happen? Not likely. The good ole boys wouldn't like the public knowing how well Jim Bob kicked your sons head in.
Bottom line its time for a change in the way police are policed in this country. Are we not supposed to lead by example? Oh wait with more people in prison then any other country I guess we are.
I am considering no longer buying the Daily Times after publishing such a DESPICABLE racist cartoon
