Bill Binney is the high-level NSA executive who created the agency’s mass surveillance program for digital information. A 32-year NSA veteran widely regarded as a “legend” within the agency, Binney was the senior technical director within the agency and managed thousands of NSA employees.
Binney has been interviewed by virtually all of the mainstream media, including CBS, ABC, CNN, New York Times, USA Today, Fox News, PBS and many others.
Last year, Binney held his thumb and forefinger close together, and said:
We are, like, that far from a turnkey totalitarian state.
But today, Binney told Washington’s Blog that the U.S. has already become a police state.
By way of background, the government is spying on virtually everything we do.

From the article, it sounds like he was one of the masterminds behind this stuff, now he is trying to act like he is shocked. How ironic. I hope he goes to his grave with that so called "guilt" of selling out the American people in the name of "justice and security".
very true 12:13 but one would have to be an idiot to not already know America is a police state!
The larger question is " what are americans going to.do.about it?" Will will sit around on oir fat duff and continue to allow.our liberty to be stolen from us by an ever expansive government or will we stand together in one voice and.say "NO! ENOUGH" As Ben Franklin said "We will hang together or we shall hang separatley."
Get prepared, bro.
The police state has been upon us for quite some time now, people to busy to recognize it.
When kids are arrested for skateboarding thru town and riding bicycles thru shopping centers I think its safe to say its a police state.
Police body slam old women for scratching them. Shoot to kill instead of chasing down a suspect.
Yes this is a Police State.
Idiot 1:57 They do enforce laws still and that activity is dangerous to others. Hope they jail the idiots doing that.

No, that's public safety. Bicycles nor skateboards belong on the sidewalks, and there are laws that explain that.

If I had a nickel for every time some idiot called someone else an idiot, I would be a very rich person. I hope your social skills are better in person than on the internet.
