No way I would even touch this and have Ireton and Company tell me what to do and how and when to do it - NO THANKS.
I'd be worried about what the EPA might find in the soil. It was a recycling yard at one point.
Could be used as a dock for riverboat casino,about the only thing that would make it down there.
The "artist" pics are comical. Hasn't that backfired enough for people down there? You have the blight of brew river and ghetto in your view.
Welfare Apartments needed. Welfare recipients already there.
Let's build the new WWTP there! It would fit in so well with the rest of the neighborhood!
So much for critical areas…if I want to build a house on the water it has to be 100 feet from the water….brochure say 10 foot set back from bulkhead.
Not worth diddly.Still over priced.
It will be sold like the firehouse, to a friend way below market value!
If the city does find some fool to give them that much money, maybe then the city could pave the road in front of it?
That plan approval was before the new stormwater law -- probably won't work now!
Forgetting the main ingredient necessary in real estate. Location, location, location.
