complete failure!

yep

It's lined the pockets that it was supposed to.In that regard it's been a success.

No. It works exactly how our government intended it to work.

Of course it has - like all government programs. Diminishing the supply of an item, rather than the demand, only drives up the price (making for even more and more profitable production). It will never eliminate it.

a few secret nuclear bomb attacks on Cuba would be a BIG help on the war on drugs

Not to some.., cops, judges, politicians and virtually the entire law enforcement "business" clearly feel it's a masterly success..., a windfall of tax-free cash.

With most of this country eating at fast food and popping pills from the result of poor life choices.. the real drug problem also includes BIG PHARMA. They are cleaning up.

Yes; a Choom Gang member has been elected to several public offices by voters who were drug addled when driven to the polls. Sad!

How about summary execution of all drug dealers and gang members for real control of the drug problem. Cut the head off of the snake. Bullets normally are a lasting control measure for human trash like drug dealers and gang members and much cheaper than incarceration.
