After a poor June jobs report, Maryland has lost more jobs in the
first six months of 2012 than any other state in the nation, according
to numbers released from the U.S. Department of Labor.
A report by non-partisan grassroots organization Change Maryland compiled with preliminary numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics
shows that Maryland has lost a little over 10,000 jobs in 2012 and is
one of 12 states in the nation to suffer job loss this year.
“This is a very disturbing trend, which needs to be addressed,” Change Maryland Chairman Larry Hogan
said in a press release. “I’m deeply concerned that state government’s
onslaught of taxes and fees is causing us to lose businesses, jobs and
taxpayers at an alarming rate.”

It's be cause our governor is Obama's alter boy.
Raising taxes won't fix stupid. I do most all of my shopping in Delaware. Maryland has had more tax increases under O'Malley than any other state in the Country. Ask Norm Conway how much less cigarette taxes there are since they threw 1$ more tax on them.
Birds of a feather stay together! Wonder how much the state's welfare and disability rolls have grown? Bet that's #1 as well. What a joke this clown is!
Well done Governor O'Dumbass !!
