Missing Dog

We have been referred to your news site as a good place to post a missing pet. We are trying everything we can to locate Winnie, an adorable rat terrier who just arrived from WVA via Ratbone Rescue in Linthicum. She pulled out of her collar on Sunday evening, 7-22, and bolted off through the corn field behind the Fruitland Walmart. She is tri-color, @10 lbs, 4 yrs old, and has an implanted chip. If we can post a notice, please let us know the procedure.

Thanks so much!

Betsy (410-726-5469) or Tim (443-235-3796)

Go to the Humane Society and look. Calling is not enough ad many animals slip through the cracks there. Alert all the local animal hospitals as someone may find and take there. Call the company the chip belongs to and alert them. If you go online you will find a website called Find Toto for a small fee the will call everyone in a 50 mile radius with the info on your missing dog. Good luck I hope you find her. Also let the rescue you got the dog from know so they can help with your search.

A friend of mine thinks she's the dog that wandered into her yard today. She gave her to a neighbor to watch overnight and is going to call Betsy or Tim in the a.m

Yay! I also saw Winnie on Facebook and provided the two numbers to this post.

Winnie was found and being kept by a friend of mine in Coulburn Mill, she and has been reunited with her owner, Betsy. Another success story!
