Arlene Holmes, the mother of Colorado theater shooting suspect James Holmes, has suggested that ABC News mischaracterized her when it reported that her initial statement to the reporter, "you have the right person," was a reference to her son.
"This statement is to clarify a statement made by ABC media. I was
awakened by a call from a reporter by ABC on July 20 about 5:45 in the
morning. I did not know anything about a shooting in Aurora at that
time," Holmes said in a statement this afternoon, read to the national
press by attorney Lisa Damiani. "He asked if I was Arlene Holmes and if
my son was James Holmes who lives in Aurora, Colorado. I answered yes,
you have the right person. I was referring to myself."

Nevertheless,Holmes did not buy his arsenal,Obama did.Holmes was on unemployment for 18 months prior to the shooting.Oddly enough,Obama never mentioned that during his epic Aurora speech.Holmes was on hard core pharmaceutical drugs at the time of the shooting,also provided by entitlements.

The graduate student accused of being the lone gunman in the deadly massacre at a Denver-area movie theater Friday lived on thousands of dollars in federal and school money.
James Holmes was the recipient of a $21,600 grant from the National Institutes of Health, a research agency of the Department of Health and Human Services, according to agency records. The grant lasted from July 2011 through last June. Holmes also received a $5,000 stipend from the University of Colorado, Denver, where he was a first-year Ph.D. student in its neuroscience program.
What I have recently found. Haven't searched on unemployment. Doesn't really matter a whole lot does it?
He was given a little over 2200 a month to live on while studying.
They say they do that to everyone who is enrolled in that kind of studies since they are so intense, they have no time for a job.
No mention of unemployment or drugs. Aothough he may have been studying drugs and their effects also.
