He probaly didn't act a fool either when they ask him to get out of the car because he was going to jail..and he WAS guilty...innocent men don't act stupid or refuse to get out of the car...I like Alexis Guerrero very much, him and his brother are truly nice people...but he was wrong and brought that on himself...knowing he was innocent of what they were trying to prove he should have just done what they ask and proved them to be the idiots then I would have smeared them all in the media for the possibility of racial profiling...instead he took the hard road and ended up with a broken nose and some serious charges against himself..he probaly will get off with them but its going to take him digging in his pocket to pay for a good lawyer to do it...fee's he didn't have to incur had he of just got out of the car and proved them wrong...again, innocent men don't act stupid...he in fact had nothing to hide!!
