On November 8, 2011 at approximately 6:15 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to the Peninsula Regional Medical Center Emergency Room for the report of an assault. Upon arrival the officer met with an adult female victim who advised that she had been sexually assaulted by three (3) males at a residence on E. Church Street. The victim advised that she and three (3) friends had entered an unoccupied dwelling on East Church Street the previous night and were inside of the residence when the suspects made entry. The suspects assaulted one of the victim’s male friends then forced the victim to relocate to an empty bedroom where she was sexually assaulted. Salisbury detectives responded and were able to positively identify the suspects. As a result of the investigation, 26 year old Carl Anderson of Salisbury, 28 year old Mychal Edward Seeney of Salisbury, and 25 year old David Leonardus Braboy of Salisbury were arrested on the same date as the incident. The detectives were able to identify a fourth and final suspect who was taken into custody this morning at approximately 6:30 am.
