Butzo is an Italian slang word for run the cops are coming.
My Grandfather was in the Mafia. Every time I'd go to visit him he'd yell, BUTZO! I'd turn around and run like crazy. Mind you, I was about 3 years old at the time. The Family got such a kick out of it, they nicknamed me Butzo.
My Father, (to this day) still calls me Butzo.
