Resume:
Seaford, DE- Delaware State Police detectives have arrested a 19 year old Maryland man for his involvement in a shooting that occurred on August 20, 2011 in Seaford.
On Friday, September 9, Kevon J. Spencer, 19, of Cambridge, Maryland, was arrested and charged with one count each of Attempted Murder 1st Degree and Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony. He was arraigned at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas and then committed to the Sussex Correctional Center after failing to post $150,000.00 bail.
Detectives were able to develop Spencer as a suspect in the August 20, 2011 shooting of a 24 year old Laurel, DE man that had occurred at the Royal Farms located on US Rt. 13 just south of Seaford, after witnesses came forward and provided information. After further investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging Spencer with the above list of crimes. This information was also disseminated to the other police agencies throughout the state. On Friday, September 9, an officer from the Laurel Police Department, who was investigating an unrelated incident involving Spencer, recognized him as the subject currently wanted by the Delaware State Police. Spencer was then taken into custody without incident and turned over to detectives.

Nice hair. Hope it all gets shaved off for your new jail career, but it may become a "handle" for your new "friends".
