Incident: Assault with Weapon
Date of Incident: 2 September 2011
Location: 1000 Block of East Rd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Davon Lamar Jones, 25, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 2 September 2010
a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint of a subject brandishing a knife. The victim and her roommate reported that the suspect, Davon Jones, knocked on her door and as she was turning the door knob Jones pushed the door open and entered her apartment. Jones pushed the victim, and then threw a knife toward her, which landed on the floor next to her feet.

The deputy located Jones later that evening and based on the investigation, took him into custody. Jones was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District
Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Jones in the Detention Center in lieu of $75,000.00 bond.

Incident: Theft
Date of Incident: 2 September 2011
Location: 5700 Block of Mt. Hermon Church Rd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Jonathan Decker, 22, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 2 September 2011
, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a Theft. Upon arrival a construction worker reported that when he arrived at the work site he
observed the suspect, Jonathan Decker, leaving in a vehicle with several pieces of sheet metal and other metal items, which were property of the construction company. After Decker saw the worker, he began to unload the items from his vehicle. Decker was placed under arrest for theft.

The deputy transported Decker to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Decker on personal recognizance.
