Please join us for a reception and exhibit of the art of local Civil War era painter, Clara Gunby, on Sunday, Sept. 11^{th 2011, from 1-4. There has been word that Poplar Hill Mansion may be invaded by Yankees, so we are very much alarmed! Clara Gunby, portrayed by Ms. Sharon Walsh, will be horrified should this happen. Yankees or not, join us for an afternoon of history, with Clara’s paintings, family memorabilia, and delicious treats. This is a Free event!
