Freddie Mac Tells Bargain Hunters To Buzz Off

Just because Freddie Mac has a glut of properties on its hands, buyers can't expect Costco prices. Most of the buyers approaching Freddie have been looking to buy at 40-60% off of market price, like the final weeks of a Borders liquidation sale. Instead, Freddie is sending them back this letter which says sorry, we're only taking less than 10% off.

Freddie Mac will be back in a couple of years, more then ever, willing to accept those current offers of 60% of today's still inflated home values. After they've sat a few years with their over priced homes and forced to chew on a bit of reality, they'll be thankful, just to unload. Home values will have to go much lower for the true correction. No more lenders, realitors, or speculators will be able to drive it up, no matter how hard they try. The correction is necessary in ALL things Americans buy. Solution...less government (period)! Less government regulations. Extremely heavy import dutes to re-start production by Americans, on American soil. Take back our contiental oil rights within the borders of the U.S. and 200 mile coastline and start a non profit oil company/refinery within the central part of the United States, meant ONLY for American use, ZERO export of U.S. oil products. We need a Brand New political party that reflects, recognizes, and supports the working class everyday American. Immigrants, the wealthy, and the deadbeats already have the Democrats and Republicans. We need representation and we DO NOT NOW have it. Change or REVOLT, one of the two is definately going to happen, regardless of this current procrastinating government of self servers. We're going to take this country back with or without you. Know that it's going to happen.
