For any local customer reading this article, if you notice a difference in your coverage at home, please contact your local store, not customer service, that's probably in India. We can contact our local network technicians to troubleshoot. Environmental conditions can degrade antenna signals over time and may need to be realigned. Upgrades to LTE in certain areas could interrupt service for brief periods of time, but surely not months. And a microcell is $99 for the equipment one time , NOT MONTHLY
