MSP Bean DUI

BRIEF RESUME:

On the above date and time, Troopers from the Salisbury Barrack responded to a broadcast of a hit and run collision. The victim reported that he had been struck by another vehicle on W/B Rt. 50 and the other vehicle had fled the scene. A broadcast was put out for the vehicle and Troopers located the vehicle approximately ten minutes later being operated by a Pamela Foster Lang. It was determined that Lang was highly intoxicated and she was placed under arrest. Also located in her vehicle was Lang’s minor children ages 15 and 6. Lang was transported to the Salisbury Barrack where she submitted to a breath alcohol test. The breath test resulted in a reading of greater than three times the legal limit in Maryland. The Wicomico County Department of Social Services was contacted and they initiated a child neglect investigation. Both children were taken into the temporary custody by Wicomico D.S.S. Lang was taken to the Wicomico County Central Booking Unit for a hearing before a District Court Commissioner.

1. Pamela Foster Lang, w/f age 46 of Rockville Md.

Child neglect/Contributing to the condition of a minor 2 counts.
Driving under the influence
Driving under the influence per-se
Driving while impaired
Driving an uninsured motor vehicle
Leaving the scene of a property damage accident
Negligent driving
