RADFORD, Va. (AP) - A 10-year-old Radford boy faces a weapons violation in the accidental shooting death of his sister.
The Roanoke Times reports that after consulting with the commonwealth's attorney, police obtained a petition to charge the boy in juvenile court with reckless handling of a firearm.
