It's not surprising that the most income went to those not waiting for someone to give them their "entitlement".

No it's not surprising because those who pad their pockets during this time will continue to do so because they are the "haves", mean while the "have nots" will have to again struggle and squeak by because of greed in our country. Wonder why our country was fine for the first 100 years and then as soon as we go liberal the country goes to the birds.....
