The recession ended when the depression started.
Obama just needs another 14 trillion dollars. Or maybe he needs to start a another jobs program (a "stimulus") that get people $35,000/yr jobs, but costs $286,000 to create it. The REAL sad fact is that, with black unemployment at 16%+ (and getting worse), with black families being foreclosed upon at record rates, and with black student test scores and graduation rates at their all time lows, black voters will STILL vote for obama. What would be the reaction if any white voter said they were voting for say, Ron Paul, mainly because he's WHITE?
