The Worcester County Health Department will be unable to issue birth certificates from 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 19 until 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 20 because of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene computer system maintenance. The health department apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates the public’s patience as the system is updated.
