I swear these people have got to be stupid. The last time they did this they LOST money. Maryland is not that big of a state that these people can't move across the line. They are millionaires they can claim residence in another state and not pay this penalty.
The democrats will only be happy when they have all the money. Then they can give it to whoever they deem worthy.
