Senate Tentatively Approves In-State Tuition For Illegal Immigrants

After hours of lengthy debate and wrangling over amendments, the Senate gave tentative approval Wednesday night to a bill that would grant young illegal immigrants who have graduated from state high schools in-state tuition for community colleges and state universities. The estimated cost of the tuition is about $800,000 in fiscal 2014, rising to $3.5 million in 2016.

Ok, we all struggle to find ways to send our legal children to school. What part of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT am I missing? Shouldn't they be sent back to where they came from since they are here illegally? Are they above the law. Rules don't apply to them?

O'Malley and his cadre are pandering to the hispanics (and Asians), especially after the census showed significant growth in those populations.
They don't mind blowing some of YOUR money to buy those votes.

My kids dont get in county tuition in another county. Why should my tax dollars pay for people breaking the law to have cheaper tuition?? Maybe someone should educate thse Lawmakers as to what ILLEGAL(breaking the law) means.Oh it might hit home to some of them when they learn the meaning!!!!
