BERLIN, Md. (AP) - Maryland's second casino is opening.

Gov. Martin O'Malley will attend a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Casino at Ocean Downs in Berlin on Tuesday on the Eastern Shore. The site is the first casino to be placed at a horse racing track in the state.

The 34,000-square-foot facility will hold 750 slot machines.
