Salisbury Police Department Press Release

On October 30, 2010 at approximately 9:51 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Emory Court Apartments for the report of the robbery of a food delivery person. Upon arrival the officers met with an adult male victim who advised that while delivering food to an apartment in the complex he was approached by two (2) unknown suspects, one of which produced a handgun. The suspects took an amount of U.S. currency from the victim along with the delivery food then fled from the area on foot. The victim was not injured. Officers of the Safe Streets Unit searched the area for the suspects and located the below suspects on St. Albans Drive. Suspect #2 was positively identified as one of the robbery suspects and was taken into custody. An interview with suspect #1 resulted in his arrest. Salisbury Police Detectives responded and executed two (2) search and seizure warrants on residences in Wicomico County. More arrests and charges are forthcoming.

On October 29, 2010 at approximately 9:53 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police were on patrol in the area of the Emory Court Apartments and observed the below listed suspect. The officers made contact with the suspect and found that he was wanted on two (2) outstanding Delaware arrest warrants. The suspect was taken into custody and a search of his person, incident to arrest, resulted in the recovery of a quantity of suspected cocaine.
