A former scholar at the CATO Institute, Wayne Crews is currently vice president for policy and director of technology studies at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. Wayne's work explores the impact of government regulation of free enterprise. He has published in the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Forbes, Communications Lawyer, the International Herald Tribune and others. He is a policy commentator on Fox, CNN, ABC, CNBC, and the Lehrer NewsHour. He is a former staff member for U.S. Senator Phil Gramm.

He's BRILLIANT, I tell you!! He's going to CHARGE us to tell us how bad things are, like every business owner and unemployed worker (they won't be able to afford the fee) DOESN'T know it already?? Maybe at a "side" conference, he can explain about water being a liquid....
