11:26, yes it is legal. As long as none of the subsequent catchers throws forward, they can do that all day, and it is as legal as can be! The only thrower that can throw forward is the quarterback.

Fantastic Teamwork!

Now let's see that play with the City Council:

"Smith passes to Shields, Shields catches but fumbles, Campbell recovers the fumble, laterals to Cohen who laterals to Smith and...

What's this??? Smith is ANGRY that Campbell recovered the fumble, ANGRY that Cohen tried teamwork, and Smith spikes the ball to the ground and forfeits the game!"

In postgame interview, Smith said Campbell was rude and disrespectful for making up for Shields' mistake and rude and disrespectful for not giving the ball right back to the quarterback on a pillow. Cohen was rude and disrespectful for trying to exercise some teamwork with Smith.

Smith said the game wasn't worth playing any more. She had to draw the line.
