BALTIMORE (AP) - Court filings are revealing additional allegations against a county executive accused of sexually harassing an employee.
An amendment filed Thursday by attorneys for former county employee Karla R. Hamner, who is suing Anne Arundel County Executive John R. Leopold, claims he spied on women leaving and entering the county government building with binoculars. The filing also claims Leopold asked security guards for the identities of those he found attractive.
