Joe,
This morning, I witnessed another accident at the intersection of Foskey Lane and Bi-State. As I sat at the stop sign attempting to cross Bi-State, the car in front of me pulled out and smashed into the side of an oncoming vehicle traveling along Bi-State sending it into a spin and stopping about 40 yards away at the treeline. I've lived in the Wood Creek community for about 2 years and this is the 4th accident at that location that I have witnessed first-hand. Now that school is back in session, this intersection gets backed up with school buses trying to merge onto Bi-State after leaving Delmar Elementary. I'm sure that the bus drivers, along with other concerned residents, would agree that this has become an increasingly dangerous intersection warranting, at least, a study of whether a traffic light would be beneficial. The last thing I want to witness is an accident involving a bus full of children, which seems inevitable with the slower accelerating buses and fast-moving traffic on Bi-State. Thanks for your attention.

No light is needed there. People just need to start paying attention!
We can't put lights at every intersection that stupid people get into accidents at! Really!
Then they'll complain the state is spending too much money installing red lights at intersections!
yes we do need a light at that intersection 10:14.
no we don't !
No, we don't, 11:18. It's not like someone didn't stop at the sign here; they did stop, then accelerated into the side of a vehicle. Red lights and stop signs can't stop stupidity and carelessness.
Almost 3yrs ago i was in an accident at that intersection.i was rearended, due to someone not paying attention and speed. I was behind a suv and it totaled my car.Im not so sure a stop light is the answer but a reduce in speed might help, such as intown being it is a major intersection for school. Just my oppinion.
A stop light is not needed. Pretty soon it will be like trying to get through Salisbury on 13, it'll take 25 minutes for a 5 mile ride.
The problem with Salisbury's lights, other than having them at every little intersection is that they give the same preference to side streets as 13. 13 should stay green 5 times longer than the side streets (except for say North Pointe, Centre, Main St, Carroll Street, College Ave)
