Tilghman still rules from the unseen network she has within our city government. She put it in place before she let go of the Mayors chair. Try to get fair treatment and see what your up against.
Barrie's staff is still in charge of the city.
Louise Smith has a lot of nerve going after anyone after what she's pulled.
