My thirteen year old niece has been missing since 5:00 this afternoon. If anyone sees her please call Salisbury Police or 410 548 3777 or 410 422 8456 She lives near downtown Salisbury and may be in that area. Thank you

Joe, i will keep an eye out for your niece and pray for her safe return. I would also like to know if you what is going on down by the sheriffs office road blocked and emergency signs.

How long does she have to be missing before the police will act? This is a real question not a smackdown on the police.
