judge long has a record of being a lienent liberal. Lets hope he has the cojones to bring us some justice. Leggs must receive the death penalty.

Why waste public money and personnel to do this in Court -- just send him a letter that says where the trial will be held

If the judge has the power to deny a change of venue I think he should. It will make for an automatic appeal, but hes getting death so he will have automatic appeals anyway. He can get just as fair of a trial here as anywhere.

I bet he gets a prison sentence , but it's doubtful he's going to be executed. Anon 9:11 I hope your right about Judge Long.Remember it's all up to the jury, you know how assed up that gets sometimes !!

Dont worry folks if you believe in God like I do, take comfort in knowing that in the afterlife there is no "change of venue" and this wretched monster will face a justice way more infinite than any court of law.
